Busy mom. Busy business owner. Perimenopause. Hormones all over the place. Still here. Still lifting. Still prioritizing protein. Still becoming stronger than yesterday (trying to). š«¶
My weight is hanging at 136 š« haven't been this small in about 10 years, this wasn't a goal for me but my body has a mind of its own right now. Working towards getting more answers as to why I keep losing.
Im still training clients and added kiddos in for the Summer. I LOVE what I do and with me going through Perimenopause issues it just teaches me things to help my ladies out too. Living and Learning everyday.
