We create a new workout daily explained and led by our knowledgeable trainers, which is designed to target all areas of the body. During these boot camps, each member will receive personalized attention, and be taught the proper techniques to avoid injury and get results. Our family like atmosphere is always supportive and motivating while working together in our fitness classes. Our gym also offers sports conditioning, kickboxing, nutrition guidance, kid's fitness programs and more! 🚨From Then to Now 🚨

Consistency beats perfection. Every. Single. Time.

📍 February 2024: Adam started his journey with us at 230 lbs.

📍 February 2025: (2nd photo) One year later, the scale had only changed by 10 pounds... but look at that body recomposition! This is proof that progress isn’t always measured by the number on the scale. He had built muscle, lost body fat, and completely transformed his physique.

📍 July 2026: (3rd photo) Just over 2 years after starting, Adam is down to 188 lbs and has completely transformed his body and lifestyle.

💥 Body fat: started at 20%+ ➡️ down to 8%
💪 Maintaining 100+ lbs of muscle

This is what happens when you stay consistent, trust the process, and keep showing up.. Even when the scale isn’t moving as fast as you’d like.
