From the first practice to the final out, this 10U Gold team showed what it truly means to wear East County across their chest.
🏆 2026 South San Diego District Champions
🥉 3rd Place at Nationals – Salem, Oregon
⭐ 5th Place at the California State Tournament
These accomplishments didn’t happen by chance. They were earned through countless hours of hard work, determination, grit, and a commitment to getting better every single day.
But the trophies and banners only tell part of the story.
This season was about so much more than wins and championships. It was about a group of young athletes becoming sisters. It was about parents becoming family. Long tournament weekends, endless road trips, late nights, early mornings, cheering until our voices were gone, celebrating victories together, and picking each other up after tough moments.
The friendships built this season will last far beyond the softball field.
To our players—thank you for representing East County with heart, hustle, and class every time you stepped between the lines. You inspired everyone watching.
To our coaches—thank you for believing in these girls, pushing them to be their best, and helping them grow not only as softball players, but as teammates and young women.
And to our incredible families—thank you for every mile driven, every snack packed, every cheer from the stands, and every memory made together. This season wouldn’t have been possible without you.
