31st City of Mobile Doubles is quickly approaching!

Grab your partner and join us for a day filled with fun, friendship and (maybe) some frustrations 😉

With Muni being out of play this year, we’re adding The Admiral and shifting the format. We did a play on the date, 6-6-26, bringing the 6-6-6 format. Please read the about section for more details.

All amateurs will receive a custom stamped disc at check in. 100% payout to top 40% of all divisions.

Initial registration closes in less than 2 WEEKS for ams who want to receive players items on time. After this time there will be a shipping cost added to registration to have certain items delivered to your house. We understand that some people are unable to register at this time but at a certain point registration has to close in order to get items shipped to us. Happy New Year disc golf family! 2026 has a lot of excitement ahead and we look forward to seeing all of you on the courses.

The 33rd City of Mobile Championship is officially less than 2 months away and although we don’t have all course assignments finalized, we wanted to clarify some of the details leading up to where we are.

If you are not aware, Langan Municipal park is under construction. Not the disc golf course specifically, but the park as a whole. Traffic flow is altered, parking is reduced, and we have limited holes available due to the construction equipment.

This is forcing us to become a little creative in our course selections. We have a few ideas, and while we would love to share those potential details, we are at the mercy of the City for approval before we can solidify. Please remain flexible and understand we are doing everything we can to ensure a fun but fair course assignment to accommodate both professional and amateur players.

Please consider supporting us by signing up for a sponsorship during registration, or reach out to a board member for more details. This tournament doesn’t happen without our beloved sponsors!

We will continue to update information and share details as we get confirmation.

Due to PDGA restrictions, Philip Tait will remain as the main TD with numerous assistants to support him.

The final round will be on Sunday Mar 8th, which is the start of daylight savings time. Clocks move forward an hour, please be prepared and plan accordingly to avoid missing your tee time.

Hello All,
This is just a quick reminder for everyone in our local and neighboring areas that the Halloween Howler is rapidly approaching! As we get closer, we want to make sure everyone knows about all the awesome things we have in store for this year’s event.
First, don’t forget to get registered before it’s too late—trust us, you don’t want to miss this fantastic event! This year, we’re adding some exciting new activities that are different from past years. We’ll have live music by Red and the Revelers on Saturday night at the park, as well as a glow round at Palmetto on Friday night. Plus, there will be a legendary $1,000 skins match following the tournament’s completion. You can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to be drawn to participate in the skins match!
We’ll have Halloween decorations throughout the courses to bring out those spooky vibes we all know and love! There will also be some awesome raffle prizes, so make sure to buy your tickets at Tournament Central.
As for payouts, we’re offering $1,300 added cash for pros and an unbeatable 100% payout for all amateurs! If you know us here at MADGA, you know our am payouts are huge! We’ll also have Final 9 playoffs for the top 50% in every division. After the three rounds are completed, the top 50% in each division will play a Final 9 to determine this year’s top finishers.
Also—great news—we haven’t had camping for the Howler in three years… but it’s finally back! Go online and book your campsite for the weekend before they’re all rented out.
Lastly, and most importantly, we are thrilled to announce the debut of the brand-new, permanent, third course at Chickasabogue Park: Rivers Run! This course was inspired and designed in part by our great friends and local disc golf legends, Rivers Sherrod and Cory Mattas. We won’t spoil any of the holes or the layout just yet, but trust us—no one will be disappointed. The new course blends perfectly with the two existing courses on the property.
