Due to mandatory Fitness Center staff training on **June 18, 2026**, the Fitness Center will have limited staffed hours from **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**.

As a result, 6:30pm Shimmy & Shine is canceled today.

Memorial Day Weekend!
Today and Monday (22May and 25May) there will be no HIIT or Strength&Mobility
