Art earned his first degree on his black belt, while Beau and Ryan both received their brown belts. Adam was awarded his blue belt.

This amazing crew trains together Monday through Friday, showcasing a special commitment to getting up early and pushing themselves before the workday begins.

We also ran Adam through his first gauntlet to break in his new blue belt.
