We’re always looking for ways to make our Ninja program better and that means continuing to learn, train, and bring new ideas back to Bright Stars!
Bonnie and Coach Pat recently attended Ninja Connect 2026 at Kids First Sports Center in Cincinnati, Ohio, for a multi-day conference focused on taking Ninja programs to the next level.
The conference brought together Ninja coaches, program directors, and gym owners for hands-on education and workshops covering everything from:
• Lesson planning & curriculum
• Program growth & analytics
• Training & coaching
• Leadership & communication
• New ideas to better serve our athletes
For us, continuing education isn’t just about attending another conference. It’s about bringing what we learn back to our team and using it to create an even better experience for our Ninja athletes.
We want our Ninja program to continue growing alongside the kids who participate in it and that means we’re committed to growing, too.
