So unfortunately, because of the crazy amount of snow, we are going to close early for the safety of our awesome team members. So our gym in Galloway will be closing at 10 AM. The egg Harbor location will be open until 12 noon. The Ocean City Gym is still thinking my son Brandon will make a post and announce his hours and then why would Gym will be open until 12 noon as well now of course tomorrow morning we will be OPEN!!!
So I hope everyone can find a way to do some good cardio inside the house. Have fun. Enjoy the weather. Stay warm and we will see you guys all tomorrow.👍👍👍wildwood this location is still under construction, but will be open for the summer of 2026!!

This is what happens when one of my sons Tops Me, freakin does One Better!!!
My son Cody (with GUIDANCE FROM HIS AMAZING WIFE MICHAELA) has totally rebuilt both of his Steam Saunas with new “Oversized” heaters but then he goes and builds a awesome new Wellness Room with not one but two brand new Inferred Saunas.
I “Love It” when I see my sons always trying to build and do better, to bring in new equipment and more.
Check out these two new Infrared Saunas now on line in our or if you are in Ocean City check out what my son Brandon has done to his now Jr. MECCA that location has really come on strong!
I am ONE TOTALLY LUCKY guy to have my family all working together, but it’s because of everyone who has walked into our gyms. You all are the reason my family can do what we love AND BIG THINGS HAPPENING IN 2026!!!!!
