You can search everywhere you can go to every store. You can even check Amazon and you will not be able to buy. PHYSICALLY FIT.!!!!
Your ass can buy nice shoes, an awesome outfit, a high-end watch even a nice car, but you cannot buy physically fit. This is the one thing that your ass needs to work hard needs to be motivated needs commitment needs dedication.
it is the one part of your résumé that you cannot buy. It is the only part that you need to earn so let’s go time to earn what you want time to get to the gym!!!

I had to do the Atilis Gym “Rootbeer” official taste test!!!!
I think they are both good, the Gorilla Mind was really good and creamy then the GHOST® Energy was very good, a stronger rootbeer taste. They were both freakin really good, what’s your choice??????

Fall Is Coming, def love this weather, all the doors are wide open and great fresh air coming through.
A friend called and actually asked if it is jumping if it is intense if we have a great crowd here at the Atilis Gym, my response was simple…..HELL YA!!!
So you can build a nice chin you can buy top-of-the-line equipment you can put up nice fake marble on the walls you can put in fancy bathrooms, but you cannot buy intensity, you cannot buy atmosphere you cannot buy a crazy ass “Vibe”!!!

A great Thursday here at the Atilis Gym, EHT and another piece of equipment arrived this morning. So after 30+ years in the gym business I feel Hammer Strength is still one of the best equipment brands. Then their MTS line of equipment is great, the MTS line features twin weight stacks and really hits the muscle so good!!
I saw our friends, twins Heather & Amanda using our new machine so I had to video ( .frambes ).
Just last week I brought in the new “VIKING PRESS” by Raw Motive Works and today also we are installing a new giant metal Garage Door with a motor so it’s nice and easy!
Atilis Gyms always look to improve, to get better and to bring in better equipment. We realize it’s because of all you freakin great members that allows us to grow and get better!!!
FYI……..stay tuned MAYBE A REAL BIG ANNOUNCEMENT COMING!!!!

LET ME KNOW, what is the best temperature to train?
We all know today it’s hot outside, over 90 degrees but from 4am all the doors are closed and that AC is cranked!!!!
Yet so many of you are still coming in wearing Sweat Shirts, freakin love it. But let us know what is the best temperature to train.
Being in the gym business now 30+ yrs I know it is almost impossible to make everyone happy, we always do our best to try to get things at least acceptable to all. It is like Musick some people want Rock some people want alternative some people want hip-hop everyone is different so we always do our best to make everyone happy but let me know what you think.wildwood
