Join us for a private, chef-guided cooking class celebrating the flavors of late summer.

Over three courses, our chef will walk you through everything start to finish, using late-summer Jersey ingredients at their peak. You'll go hands-on with pan-seared salmon and a no-bake lemon cheesecake, picking up the techniques to recreate it all at home.

One night only. September 30th at 6 PM here at LBI National Golf & Resort in Little Egg Harbor, NJ.

September 11 gave us an enduring image of bravery. The men and women who responded without hesitation remind us what it means to truly show up for others.

Twenty-five years later, the gratitude has not faded. Their legacy lives in every community that chooses to come together, support one another, and build something worth protecting. We are proud to be part of that here in Little Egg Harbor.
