Just for clarification——

The Hunter/Jumper show that is scheduled at the facility this weekend is not until Sunday, July 30th. I believe the show starts at 9am.

Please note there is an Open Show going on Saturday, July 29th that has English, Western and Working Western Divisions, if you would like to attend and school for the jumping show. That show starts at 3pm.

With the growing concern for the heat on Sat, it has been decided that the Pope’s Paints open horse show held at P & P Arena Efland NC, and sanctioned by United Horsemen of the Carolinas will have a delayed start time. This will allow the sun to start going down behind the trees before the riding classes begin.

The show will begin at 3pm instead of 10am.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope that everyone can still attend.

Good morning everyone.
Only a few days left before the Pope’Paints Open Horse Show at P & P Arena, Efland NC, and sanctioned by United Horsemen of the Carolinas. When using GPS for location, please use 1222 Brookhollow Road, Efland. That will bring you in to the parking at the arena.

Show will start at 10am. Gates will open at 8am.

We will have David Rob with concessions. He has some amazing food.

We will have Liberty Longears Drill Team presenting the flag, and will begin at 9:45. If you are active military, or veteran, we would like for you to participate during the National Anthem.

We will have the honorable Barbara Monroe Prather as the judge for the day.

We will also have one of our show sponsors on sight, WinningWaves Pemf and Kylee Harris offering sessions. If you have never had one of the PEMF sessions done, let me tell you they are amazing and your horse will love you. You can reach out to Kylee privately through messenger, if you want to schedule a session.
