Wellbeing is vital. We show up…for our family, our work, our friends, our responsibilities, our leisure time and play, for ourself. We let go of the drive to put on a mask, to act anything but authentic. We get to be real. Who we are. No regrets.
Wellbeing integrates emotional, physical, mental, social, environmental and spiritual (maybe but not necessarily religious) aspects of who we are. It’s normal to depend on the area of our life that’s easy, that comes most natural for you. But truth is, if one area of your life is off, it’s like driving on a low tire. You know it needs some attention but tell yourself you’ll get to it. I will take care of that tomorrow. And eventually the tire goes flat. Maybe it shows up as a relationship rupture, autoimmune condition, burnout…but it always shows up. Your body was created to send you messages. To protect you. To help you, not harm you or hold you back. And when ignored and put off, the messages get loud enough that you pay attention, because you no longer have a choice.
As a coach, I hold up a mirror for you without any judgment. (Trust me…I’ve been there too, and as a human, we always have room to grow. That’s why I do what I do. Searching for answers has led me to growth that I can share with you!)
