Helping adults over the age of 55 stay strong, independent, and confident.
Strength training after 55 isn’t about chasing six-pack abs or lifting the heaviest weights in the gym. It’s about being able to:
✔️ Get up off the floor without assistance.
✔️ Carry groceries without pain.
✔️ Climb stairs with confidence.
✔️ Keep up with your kids and grandkids.
✔️ Reduce the risk of falls and fractures.
✔️ Preserve muscle mass, bone density, balance, and mobility as you age.
Aging is inevitable. Losing your strength and independence doesn’t have to be.
Another area I’m incredibly passionate about is helping individuals return to exercise after major surgeries, such as knee and hip replacements. Once you’ve been cleared by your physician and completed physical therapy, the journey isn’t over—it’s just entering a new chapter.
Continued strength training can help:
💪 Rebuild muscle lost during recovery.
💪 Improve joint stability.
💪 Restore balance and coordination.
💪 Increase confidence in everyday movement.
💪 Make it easier to return to the activities you love.
Physical therapy helps you recover. Strength training helps you thrive.
I also love supporting women through pre- and postnatal fitness. Pregnancy and postpartum bring incredible changes to the body, and having safe, intentional training can make a world of difference in maintaining strength, preparing for labor, and recovering afterward.
No matter your age or stage of life, my goal is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and continue doing the things you love for years to come.
If you’re over 55, recovering from surgery, or looking for guidance before or after pregnancy, I’d love to help you build strength that lasts a lifetime.
Because strength isn’t just about how much you can lift—it’s about protecting your quality of life. ❤️🖤
