I just wanted to come say a big THANK YOU to everyone that came by, donated, shared, or helped in any way on my fundraiser dinner Sat. We raised enough to cover nationals and beyond thanks to everyone. It was a lot of fun and had some awesome items donated to auction off. And give away. Unsettled Racing traded motorcycles for running shoes this weekend to support one of our favorite veteran charities, Broken Together, at the Red, White & Glow 5K!
๐Ÿ”ฅ Wes Settle stole the show, finishing 17th out of nearly 100 runners.
๐Ÿ’ช Jackson Settle wasnโ€™t far behind in 29th.
๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Retired Army Colonel and Team President Greg Settle rolled across the line in 38th, proving the old man still has a little gas left in the tank.
๐Ÿ“ธ And Stacy wasnโ€™t just girl behind the camera this timeโ€”she put together a strong run in the 1.5-miler and represented Team Unsettled well.
Great cause. Great people. Great training and the best part was doing it with my brothers!

Now itโ€™s back to dirt bikes! On the road headed to the Harescramble to meet the rest of the team (Braxton and Chris)

Unsettled Racing traded motorcycles for running shoes this weekend to support one of our favorite veteran charities, Broken Together, at the Red, White & Glow 5K!

Loaded up and headed out. โœ…

Huge thank you to Bryan Bigelow and the entire Bigelow crew for getting the TiL**e Hondas back to race-ready form. Their attention to detail and commitment to these kids never goes unnoticed. Also a big thank you to Troy for getting the bikes reset and dialed in. ๐Ÿ‘Š

โžก๏ธ Next stop: Pontiac, Illinois for the Broken Together Red White Glow 5K tonight. The fun starts at 7 PM.

And just when most people are calling it a weekendโ€ฆ

โฐ Sunday morning, the team reports to Woodlawn, Illinois for their very first Hare Scramble at 8 AM.

Flat track to trail riding in less than 24 hours. We have no idea how this is going to go, but weโ€™re about to find out. ๐Ÿ˜†

Everybody sees the trophies. Few people see the work.

While Bryan Bigelow Racing was giving the TiL**e Hondas some much-needed attention, Wes put in 100+ laps on the 450, learning to manage a machine that demands respect. Jax kept stacking motos and building speed and consistency.

We also spent time with Nick Daniels and Daniels Race Development, working on bike control, balance, and fundamentals that often get overlooked. Sometimes slowing things down is the fastest way forward.

Off the bike, with Jackson, Wesley and Beckem it was strength training, conditioning, and helping each other get better.

One more lap. One more rep. One more lesson.

Last weekend was a blast! Started with two days at Hohenwald, TN. Friday night was Cory Texter Promotions where I took a 9th in 450am, 4th in Open Am, and 4th in the Road 2 AFT! Making the main means I got to ride during the American Flat Track race where I had good speed all day just didnโ€™t get it all tied together and finished 8th in the main. Then we made the 4 hour drive thru the night to Owensboro for the Rpm Promotions LLC Nicky and Earl Hayden Memorial race on Sunday. I missed the big money race main but I was able to grab a 2nd in Open Am, a 3rd in 450am, and a 8th in the Outlaw Pro Twins/Singles. Overall a good learning weekend with some good results and some not so good but lots of good seat time on the stock bike. Bryan Bigelow Racing has our UnSettled Racing Tilube Honda Racing beast giving her a freshen up as we inch closer to nationals so we canโ€™t wait to have that one back soon. Thanks again to everyone else out there that helps me have weekends like this and get to ride my dirt bikes all over the place. Without all of you it wouldnโ€™t be possible! Weโ€™re taking this weekend off and having a fundraiser dinner, Hope to see everyone at the Spaghetti dinner this Saturday and then back at the track the following weekend.
