Due to limited lifeguard availability, the pool will be available to members ages 16+ only during the times listed.

These hours are based on our current lifeguard coverage and are not designated programming or a permanent change to family pool access. We continue to actively hire certified lifeguards and appreciate everyone's patience as we work to expand coverage.

✨ Through mindful movement and breath-led flow, we’ll soften tension, build resilience, and explore the kind of discomfort that leads to growth.

Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, release stress, or simply give yourself an hour to slow down, Gentle Yoga is a beautiful way to begin your weekend.

Elevator Update | Keeping Our Members Moving 💪

While we are still waiting on repairs to our elevator, we want to share a few updates on what we’re doing to help keep our members active and connected.

In the meantime, we’ve made a few adjustments:

🏋️ A temporary workout area has been created downstairs for members who are unable to use the stairs.

🚶 The basketball courts and downstairs hallway are available for walking when not being used for scheduled programming.

🥊 Boxing & Beyond for Parkinson's has been relocated to the basketball courts so our participants can continue attending class without needing to access the upstairs fitness area.

💳 Members who are unable to use the facility due to the elevator outage may freeze their membership at no charge until elevator service is restored. Please contact the front desk for assistance.

We understand how important staying active is, particularly for many of the members affected by this outage. We’ll continue doing everything we can to provide accessible options while repairs are underway.
