Iron Lions youth/teen is now Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5-6PM.

💪🏽 Strong women who are stronger together

Six weeks of showing up, getting stronger, and proving that strength is built one rep at a time.

The best part has been watching this group grow stronger in confidence, strength, and most importantly, community, cheering each other on every single lift.

Incredibly proud of every woman who walked through those doors, put in the work, and kept showing up, and we are just getting started! 💪🏽

We have 5AM Co-Ed classes M-F
8AM Women’s only M-Th
12PM and 6PM Co-Ed MWF
Specialty classes are closed M and Th (Coach Emily)
Youth/teen classes are TWF 5-6PM
