Excited to watch our very own Mattie Rose Carter knock it out in our own backyard!

It’s official: St. Louis will host the 2028 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials, according to an announcement from the USOPC on Thursday afternoon.

St. Louis was awarded the event over Phoenix, the only other city to bid for the race. The event, which will select the men's and women's marathon teams for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics, is scheduled for March 25, 2028. The broadcast window for the race will be from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. ET, and it will be shown on NBC or an NBC partner network.

It was a big day for the Runwell team today!

A huge accomplishment for our own Mattie Rose Carter, who not only demolished the Bayshore Marathon, but also ran an Olympic Trials Qualifier and set the female course record with a time of 2:36:33!

The rest of the team had a great morning at the local Bonifest 5K, with Jon Yoch and Stephanie Pruitt taking the top spots on the podium! The team placed 5 runners in the top 10, and everyone on the team finished in the top 2 of their age group!

What a great way to start the holiday weekend! Everyone be safe and Runwell!

Congrats to the Yoch men on kicking off the season at the Schon Park Endurance Runs this past weekend! Jon stuck to his guns and secured the win in the 6 hour completing 42 miles while Ryan roughed out the 9 hour!
The team is excited to be back for another year of racing! Stay tuned for new things to come!

Congratulations to our mothership RunWell and all the RunWell family!!! $1M is a tremendous achievement for a great cause.

Runwell for St Jude hit the $1 MILLION mark! Every year, this group brings all their crazy ideas to the table to raise money for sick kids. They host events, raffles, sell things, provide services, ask their friends, families and co-workers to please donate. All of this happens, while they are also training. This dedicated group of St. Jude heroes will be headed to Memphis next weekend! They are ready to run their races, down the streets, and through the St. Jude Hospital campus, knowing they made an impact! These efforts really add up over the years, and today they hit the $1 Million mark!! Great job heroes!! Our work is never done, until no child dies of cancer. When the children are along the route, waving at you, hold your heads up high, you are their hero!! Let's GO!!
