It's hard to convey the magic of a private Pilates lesson through words or a reel.

Now that we've been open for a year and a half, we're seeing something really special. Clients who have been showing up consistently since the beginning are experiencing the payoff of all that time, effort, and commitment.

A group class is great, but if you want to keep your form in check, track your progress, correct your own imbalances then private instruction is your answer 💫

Al is not coming for our jobs.

Sure, anyone can ask Al to program a Pilates workout. And Pilates studios seem to be popping up on every corner.

Am I worried? No.
Have I seen a slowdown in clients? Also no.

Because great Pilates instruction is about much more than a list of exercises.

The skill of seeing the body in front of us-how it moves, where it compensates, what it needs today- is something technology can't replicate.

The stretch in this photo can only be felt through human touch and guidance.

Our confidence comes from years of training, practice, observation, and hands-on experience. We don't just teach exercises; we teach people.
And that human connection matters.

Our instructors are trained on where to put their hands to safely guide and support our clients. We do not do the work for them. We help them figure out how to do it themselves.

I can’t emphasize enough how much of a difference the right hands- on can make.

While the exercise in the video might look easy, without hands-on, I can barely lift the pedal!

The practice is never finished, and the learning never ends.

It’s not always perfect. Sometimes it’s wobbly, sometimes it’s messy, and sometimes it’s just pure playful fun.

And in my opinion, that’s the whole point!
