Heading out to Fall League tonight? We’ve got the Kids Fishing Derby donation box set up and ready to go!

If you’d like to help stock the prize table, we’re collecting new fishing-related items like poles, reels, lures, tackle boxes, fishing accessories and gift cards.

Donation box is on the south wall near the kitchen.

Thanks to everyone helping us make this year’s Kids Fishing Derby a great one for the kids!

A big congratulations to Dalton Pickford, a 2026 Edwardsville High School graduate and member of the Edwardsville Tigers trap shooting team!

Dalton earned a spot on the Illinois SCTP All-State Team after his performance at the Illinois State Shoot, then helped Illinois bring home the National Championship in July with a team score of 978 out of 1,000.

We’ve had the pleasure of watching Dalton compete at Edwardsville Gun Club as part of the Edwardsville Tigers, and it’s great to see one of our local high school shooters represent Illinois on the national stage.

Congratulations, Dalton! Well earned!

2026 EHS graduate Dalton Pickford was recognized at this week’s Board of Education meeting for helping Illinois win the Scholastic Clay Target Program (SCTP) All-State Team National Championship in July. Pickford earned a spot on the Illinois team following his performance at the Illinois State Shoot. The Illinois team won the national title with a score of 978 out of 1,000.

Congratulations to Bart Magruder of the Crap Shooters, our overall High Average Shooter for the 2026 Summer League!

Bart finished the season with an impressive 47.3 average.
