We are proud to welcome the powerhouse Edwardsville Tigers Elite 11U program to our family of teams!

The Tigers will become the St Louis Pirates in the Spring/Summer of 2022!

This is a team of ballers who can hit and pitch. They are one of the most competitive AAA/Major teams in the Midwest.

They will have an intense practice schedule that will include hitting, pitching, tech assessments and athletic development. We are excited to help them with player development!

EDWARDSVILLE TIGERS ELITE 10U - CONGRATS AND OMG!

Our Pirate affiliate absolutely crushed their season. at SWIBL. They went 18-0, scoring 226 runs and only allowing 39.

Yep, you read that right.

That puts them at 45 wins on the year already.

Congratulations to the players, families, coaching staff and Head Coach Nick Wierciak.

Two Edwardsville Tigers Elite Pitchers Combine Together to Shutout Illinois Gators to Win SWIBL Championship

Edwardsville Tigers Elite defeated Illinois Gators 4-0 on Sunday as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout.

One bright spot for Illinois Gators was a double by Chase H in the second inning.

Gray was the winning pitcher for Edwardsville Tigers Elite. He allowed one hit and zero runs over four innings, walking zero. Wierciak threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. He recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Edwardsville Tigers Elite.

Peyton O was on the hill for Illinois Gators. Peyton lasted three innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out two. Mason V threw two innings in relief.

Rhea led Edwardsville Tigers Elite with two hits in two at bats.

The boys wrapped up their SWIBL season today, and to say they wrapped it up in style would be quite the understatement.

As coaches you begin the season with goals for your players & team, and you typically set those very high. To say these boys met those goals and crushed them is beyond words.

Let’s just throw a couple numbers out there …. 18-0 record, 200 plus runs scored, and 39 total runs allowed … Finishing the task today with a 4-0 Championship win over a very solid foe. Today we were flawless, and played as a team 1-9 around the horn. If you were there you loved it and just watched with joy.

These young men have worked tirelessly, and have never complained about our schedule or what is asked. They quite simply just played the game like it should be played, and have fun doing it.

It’s been a pleasure to watch and all of us coaches loved watching, and for that we thank you !!

Your 10u 2021 SWIBL Champions … Edwardsville Tiger’s Elite .. Undefeated 18-0 !!! Enjoy it boys , you deserve it .
