This week we will celebrate 5 years of GHE!

We will kick off the week Tuesday with a professional photographer in house to capture our amazing students in action!

This weekend we will be hosting a Kids v Parents class, that will be action packed and lots of fun!

We will also host a mini seminar (Gi and No Gi) with Phil Lampe and Serge Bunimovich. This is free to Humaita students and will be followed up by an amazing open mat.

To sweeten the celebration our friends at 222 Artisan Bakery will be hooking us up with coffee, danishes, muffins, and pizza!

We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone!

Congratulations Coach Aiden on all of your success lately! Hard Work Pays Off.

Normally you can catch Aiden up at the from greeting New Members and proving top notch customer service.

But tonight Aiden will be leading our Wednesday 7:00p No Gi Sport class. This is going to be an action packed classes with high level techniques used to win tournaments and solve complex problems in Jiu Jitsu.

This past weekend our team took part in the FUJI Springfield, IL Open winning 1st Place Overall!

The team’s performance was incredible. The work our kids and adults have been putting in over the last few months was on display and rewarded big time!

We had first time competitors, competitors jumping up in divisions, and competitors competing in higher weight brackets. Even with the tough competition and increased challenges we were able to bring home tons of medals!

We will kick off the day with an epic showdown between the kids and parents. This class will be different from previous kids and parents classes. And there will be stakes on the line!

We will also be hosting two Guest Instructors for a seminar followed by an Open Mat. You guys don’t want to miss this!
