Starting Monday, June 15th at 5:45 PM, we’re excited to introduce our newest group training session led by Gannon!

This high energy HIIT workout is designed to help you:

Small swaps that can make a BIG difference

➡️Switch from full fat to light condiments (dressings, mayo, sour cream)
‼️ Two tablespoons of regular sour cream = 60 calories, two tablespoons of light sour cream = 35 calories.

➡️Trade 80/20 ground beef for 96/4 ground beef.
‼️ 4 ounces of 80/20 ground beef = 304 calories, while 4 ounces of 96/4 ground beef is 173 calories.

➡️Change all drinks to zero calorie drinks or mixes.
‼️ Just one cup of turkey hill iced tea = 90 calories. You can add sugar free iced tea drink mix to water for 0 calories!

Have you ever heard someone say that they started eating MORE …and lost weight?

It’s probably not that they weren’t eating enough calories… it’s that they were not eating enough of the RIGHT foods. 👏

Many people think they’re eating “healthy” because they’re staying within a calorie goal, but if most of those calories are coming from highly processed foods, they’re missing out on the important nutrients their body actually needs. It is vital to make sure you’re getting enough protein & fiber!

The difference between 1,800 calories of protein, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats versus 1,800 calories of snacks, takeout, and convenience foods is HUGE.

The right foods help:
✅ Keep you full longer
✅ Support muscle growth and recovery
✅ Improve energy levels
✅ Reduce cravings
✅ Make fat loss easier
✅Keep digestion in check

Instead of asking, “How many calories am I eating?”

Most people want a great physique.

Few are willing to live like the people who actually build one.

That means eating differently when everyone else orders takeout.

Training when it would be easier to stay in bed.

Saying no to nights out, skipped workouts, and excuses.

You do not accidentally build an impressive physique.

It is built through discipline, consistency, and doing things most people are not willing to do.

And no, it is not always fun.

But neither is staying stuck.

🔥 Why We Love HIIT Training 🔥

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) isn’t just about sweating…it delivers some serious benefits in a short amount of time!

HIIT involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. Think 30 seconds of all out effort followed by 30-60 seconds of rest.

✅ Burns calories efficiently
✅ Improves cardiovascular health
✅ Increases endurance and stamina
✅ Can help preserve muscle while losing fat
✅ Fits into even the busiest schedules

One of the biggest misconceptions about fitness is that you need to spend hours in the gym to see results. A well designed HIIT workout can challenge your entire body in as little as 20-30 minutes.

That said, HIIT is a tool 🔨 not the entire toolbox. The best results come from combining strength training, proper nutrition, recovery, and consistent movement throughout the week.

Remember 👉consistency beats intensity when intensity isn’t sustainable.
