Alright y’all… we’ve had a few messages about renewals, so here’s the situation.

If you took your original 16 hour class back in 2020 or 2021, you’re likely coming up on renewal soon.

We’re still not offering new 16 hour classes or have an open schedule for classes right now.

That said, if there’s a solid number of the NSD fam needing renewals, we can absolutely look at putting something together for everyone.

So, if your permit is expiring soon, or already has, and you just need the 3 hour renewal, drop a comment below. Once we see how many people need it, we’ll figure out the best timing and hopefully get something scheduled sooner rather than later.

Quick reminder: even if you’re expired, you only need the 3 hour renewal class, plus your range recertification and the renewal fee.

Let us know if you’re in for a renewal and we’ll go from there.

I mean, the ban on long guns is unconstitutional, the FOID is unconstitutional, and this is unconstitutional. But here we are, still with all of them, because this state is just that— unconstitutional.

A federal judge has ruled that an Illinois law banning the concealed carry of fi****ms on public transit is unconstitutional.
