Water Fitness Classes

Water Fitness Classes NEW TIMES 10:00 AM M-F The class involves both shallow water and deep water workouts. No swimming skills necessary as flotation devices are used.

Workouts utilize a variety of techniques including cardio, use of water weights and bands for strength training, and stretching and even yoga to improve flexibility. Modifications are offered for those who are just starting a workout routine.
