The State WDFW closed salmon fishing after four days, BUT just reopened it for this Saturday, April 11. Likely there will be no more salmon fishing until June 1st. This year as well as fishing charters we are offering evening private Photo Cruises. You have a very different perspective from the water of Seattle, Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountains etc. We will depart from Edmonds 2 hours before sunset giving you an opportunity to photograph in daylight and at sunset.

This was one of Twenty One fish caught in 2 hours. The Pink Salmon are on fire! There are a couple of days open left in August, book it. September the Coho coming in from the ocean should be very good fishing. Plenty of open dates in September, so far.

For the people that have fished with us most of you have likely seen Charley. Just about every trip she shows up next to the boat a few minutes after we dock. Adorable, but what is more adorable is Charley with her new pup! She didn't show up for about a week and we were worried but she was busy! She has one pup a year.

Last November I found a lump near Ruby's tummy. Trip to the Vet, Biopsy, it was cancer. Three weeks ago she had surgery to remove it. The surgery went well although she did get an infection later. Antibiotics took care of that quickly and she is recovering nicely. After a biopsy of the cancerous lump I was told it was stage 1 which I guess is the best we could hope for. She is active and happy and should be able to have the neck donut removed soon.
