5-9 yrs 12:30-1:30p
10-13yrs 1:35-2:35p
14+ 2:45-3:45p

YTS meets at One Healthy Bod in Edmond.

Current students are welcomed to attend as long as they bring a friend who is not or has not been a student.

Youth Summer Strength and Conditioning Classes

Keep your kids active this summer at . We offer strength and conditioning classes that teach age appropriate strength training. Classes incorporate athletic games and activities to develop coordination, strength and athleticism. Most of all, we emphasize lots of fun!

Schedule:
Classes Start June 6 - July 27

Tuesday
6-9yrs: 12:30p-1:30p
10-13yrs: 1:35p-2:35p

Thursday
6-9yrs: 12:30p-1:30p
10-13yrs: 1:35p-2:35p
Advanced Strength Training*: 2:45p-3::45p Ages 14 & up. 12 & up permission required

Monthly Fees per class*
1 student: $30
2 students: $55
3 students: $80
4 students: $105
*a “class” meets once per week
