Summer Camp Membership
Age Group: 8-14
Dates: June 22nd – August 7th (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays)
Time: 4pm - 6pm

Description:
Physical fitness and skills development disguised as fun! We will work with each individual to help them reach their maximum potential and as well as encourage team development. Don’t let your kids only sit around this summer playing video games and talking on the phone, enroll them today and watch them transform themselves.

Sample Schedule:
• 9:00 – 9:10 Arrive and stretch
• 9:10 – 9:30 Running / calisthenics
• 9:30 – 9:50 Defense/Offense/Goalie Group Drills
• 9:50 – 10:00 Break – time to rehydrate!
• 10:00 – 10:40 Two 18 minute game sessions
• 10:40 – 10:50 Cool down and stretch
• 10:50 – 11:00 Wrap up and homework assignment

We offer personal training and host many soccer camps that encourage, praise, and reward EVERY player's individual improvement. We set achievable, realistic, short-term objectives for EVERY player individually, focusing on the things each player can improve (examples - a skill, hustling at BOTH practice and games, Bravery, teamwork and team spirit, 100% effort, and attending practice on time).

Remember - Small improvements will eventually add up to big improvements, so we focus on gradual, ongoing improvement.
