Starting this coming Thursday, August 29, every Thursday class will be in the Gi!

The Gi Is an important tool to understand how to grapple In clothing.

Leaen how to break an opponents grips off of you and how to use their clothing to control them and or strangle them.

Next week starts our first kids classes! Starting directly before our adult classes, we take all children of any athletic background ages 7-14.

Give your child the gift of confidence and the skills to have their “no” carry weight behind it—if and when they have to stand up for themselves.

A parent or guardian must be in attendance for the entirety of the class period.

Hey guys and gals, we’re Bear Bones BJJ.

We’re a Jiu Jitsu program popping up several times a week within the Edisto Beach Civic Center.

We’re here to teach anyone ages 7-70; men and women, boys and girls. If you’ve ever had any interest in learning to grapple or how to defend you or your loved ones, come give a free class a try!
