I’d like to share the successful results of Be Better Fitness’ very first client!
Anthony Minick, a great friend and a lifelong athlete, has been a client with Be Better Fitness for one full year.
Minick, now in his fifties, expressed his desire to play basketball safely and at a peak performance level well into his sixties.
I am pleased to report that with guided coaching from Be Better Fitness, Anthony has achieved the following:
· One year of injury-free athletic performance
· Increased flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance
· Improved dietary intake
· Enhanced joint stability and core strength
And perhaps the most impressive achievement? Anthony’s addition of approximately 20 pounds of lean muscle mass!
