Zumba Fitness - Jillian Boeni Hi, my name is Jillian and I am a ZUMBA-holic! :-)

Think you have two left feet? I promise you can Zumba! Just have fun! Trained dancer? It's easy!

Come be my "front row diva"! Zumba is perfect for all levels of dance and fitness experience (and non-experience!) You don't have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you! I am a licensed ZUMBA, ZUMBA TONING and ZumbAtomic instructor. Zumba Toning uses light "maraca-like" weights for resistance. Its a party with a purpose! ZumbAtomic is geared to kids ages 4-8 (Lil Starz) and 9-12 (Big Starz). Lets get those kids movin' and groovin'! Certified Group Exercise instructor through AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America). CPR/AED Certified. Schedule:
Sundays 10-10:55am - New York Sports Club (Colonia, NJ)
Mondays 8-9pm - Happy Feet Dance Studio (Manalapan, NJ)
Tuesdays 7:30-8:25pm - New York Sports Club (Colonia, NJ)
Wednesdays 8-9pm - Combinations Martial Arts and Fitness (South Plainfield, NJ)
Thursdays 7:30-8:30 - Xtreme Fitness Talmadge Rd (Edison, NJ)
Fridays 6:30-7:25pm - New York Sports Club (East Brunswick, NJ)

FREE Halloween party for the kiddos! The AMAZING Combinations Martial Arts and Fitness Academy in South Plainfield (where I teach Wednesdays at 8pm. $5 - for your first class. hint, hint) is having a Halloween Party for kids of all ages on Saturday October 29th from 1-3pm. Various martial arts activities and yours truly will be teaching a short Zumbatomic class. Costumes encouraged!
