Tonight kicks off our first Girls-Only practice! We are hitting the mats from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

🚨 10 DAYS OUT! 🚨 Get dialed in before the Edinboro Qualifier!

We are exactly 10 days away from our Freestyle & Greco Wrestling Clinic on Saturday, April 11th. If you're wrestling in the Edinboro Qualifier the very next day, this is the perfect opportunity to sharpen your technique, get some live goes, and brush up on the rules before hitting the mats to compete!

Calling all almost Jr High, Jr High, and High School Wrestlers! Tonight's for freestyle and greco workout will have a guest appearance.

Special guest clinician tonight at Gold Schopp practice. Chris Vargo, the man who beat Jax Forrest will be running the workout from 7-8:45pm.

Off season training is a necessity for winter gains. See you tonight.

Another awesome room last night! This week is the first week of split workouts besides Tuesday's.
Mondays we have girls only, youth, and jr high/high school.
Wednesday we have youth and Jr high/High School.
Thursday we have Girls only and Jr High/High school.

Youth is still focusing on folkstyle until most of the kids are wrapped up with States!

Last spring we had 100+ in for freestyle and greco. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

MARCH TRAINING UPDATE 📌
​We are dialing it in for the postseason! Here is the game plan for this month:

Youth: Heavy focus on folkstyle! We are fully committed to prepping our kids for Keystones and PJW States to make sure they peak at the right time.

Jr. High & High School: We are starting the transition into Freestyle and Greco training, as long as the majority of our guys are wrapped up with their folkstyle postseason.

Girls Wrestling: Dedicated girls-only practices are currently running on Mondays and Thursdays from 5:30 – 7:00 PM at McComb Fieldhouse.

​The work is showing on the mat. Let's finish the folkstyle season strong and get ready for the spring!

We’ll adjust as needed depending on numbers.

Multiple practices per day begin! (See attached image)

• Youth (2x/week): $70/month
• Girls (2x/week): $70/month
• Junior High/High School (3x/week): $100/month

Advanced youth may join JH/HS for $100
Girls can upgrade to 3x/week for $100
