As our email stated last week: All good things must come to an end … including Physical Culture(v). Due to changes in my personal life and the fact that the fitness industry has not bounced back the way that I had hoped, I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Physical Culture(v).

I want you all to know that the instructor's dedication to this community has sustained us for years. We were only successful because of them and the amazing classes that they taught. They always made me look good.

To you, our amazing clients- If I could sit down with each of you individually and thank you for your commitment, loyalty, energy and time, I would. There will never be a more grateful business owner than I am. You've helped to make the past 7 years of owning PCv fun and enjoyable. THANK YOU!

I'm happy to also announce that there are some plans in the making for a "reopening" this fall in our studio space. We all need something FRESH, SHINY & NEW! More info to come so stay tuned...

We will continue teaching classes through June as usual so please use this time to finish up your class packs. All membership auto payments will be cancelled after June 1st so if you have a membership of any kind, you will have the duration of your last month. When that expires, please feel free to purchase single classes or a 5-10 class pack to continue joining us until the end of June.

Let's finish strong and make June a celebration of PCv and look ahead at new and exciting things to come!

We have a new trainer in the house! Meet Elise. She’s taking on clients to train at PCv. Let’s get to know her: With over 35 years of coaching experience. And an endless love of researching fact based science. I truly feel a passion to spread what I believe is the biggest fountain of youth and anti-aging modalities!
It is my life‘s purpose to empower and inspire and teach a very sustainable lifelong way for both men and women to increase their strength by way of resistance training / Mechanical load and to change how we look at nutrition with my nutritional counseling with a huge part on restorative and recovery practices. With all combined the results are profound and fast, safe and lifelong sustainable!
When we are stronger physically we are stronger mentally. This allows us to show up in our highest form. I meet you exactly where you are at. And our relationship is pinnacle to reaching your results! The one on one allows me to really watch each movement and form which is crucial whether working around an injury or just getting started. We need that foundation. It is key! And the best part. It’s so fun and so incredibly rewarding as you see how fast you can actually get stronger and improve your overall body composition with less fat and more lean muscle mass! Sustainability is key:)
