Since last November I have been offering a new AI generated Wind Tunnel service called AiRO which has been used mostly by triathletes. I have worked with about 25 athletes so far and the results are pretty amazing. I just got this today...

Hi Stu, I did a sprint triathlon in Iowa today. This was the 15th edition of the annual event. I shattered their bike course record by
over a minute, averaging a good bit over 26 mph for the 12 mile course. I believe that's the fastest average speed I've ever had for a multi sport race. I think the bike fit is paying off big time. And I felt very comfortable! Thanks again for your help! ~Lance

We had a multi-step plan to implement the AiRO changes over a 3 month time frame with the final position being set in early July. He has now fully adapted to the final position and is seeing huge returns. Lance looks fast in the picture below, but after applying AiRO we were able to save him over 16 watts which is nearly 80 seconds over 40km!!

Hey Everyone - Some very exciting news! Starting in November, I will be one of the first fit studio's in the US, in the world for that matter, to offer AI generated virtual Wind Tunnel Testing! Obviously this is a huge advantage for Triathletes and TT'ers but it also is an awesome tool to fine tune road and gravel positions too!
Everyone on this page has had a fit already and therefore can book the stand-a-lone option of $250 with up to 10 simulations. With a .9987 accuracy of the A2 Wind Tunnel, this is the ultimate position validation.

Below are some before and after pics I did of a helmet position test along with the savings in Time and Watts.

Boy, I have not posted in quite a while. If any of you do not know, I host cycling trips to Mallorca a few times a year. This coming year, I am offering a very unique opportunity for just 10 guests. If you ride on Zwift, I would invite you to join our Parvilla Cycles Zwift Club. Search for Parvilla Cycles under "Clubs" on your Zwift Companion app on your phone. We will be running some inside events in the winter.

This happened yesterday - from what we know, it is possibly the first time a hand cyclist fit has been captured using Retul.

Something a bit different in the Fit Studio today. Brian Owens is a T3 Hand cyclist. He and his friend Dave Armstrong came in looking to see if we could use our Retul system to get some fit numbers and potentially tweak his position. It took a bit of fiddling but we managed to get some solid fit information, possibly the first ever recorded! It was a very educational day! We are far from done, stay tuned for more

With over 2000 Zwift miles on this saddle, I can firmly state that this is the best saddle I have ever ridden. It is instant comfort. No pain, saddle sores or numbness on any trainer rides under 3 hours! That says A LOT!! If you want one, PM me and get one of the first few in the US! As you spend more and more time inside on your trainers you need to be careful on how much you increase your volume over the next couple of weeks. I have seen in some cases a 100-200% increase from a week ago! That gives me great concern! I know that you have the time, but you need to ramp your volume increase slowly or you are going to injure yourself! Be careful, moderate you volume increase to no more than 20%-30% per week. The last thing you want right now is to blow up your knee and not be able to ride at all while you are stuck inside. Coaches, please feel free to give your two cents on this!
