Short runs are important. 40 minutes of moderate pace Want to lean out run in Florida they next 4 months π₯΅ Getting my 20-25 miles a week. 3-4 upper body workouts, 2 core/leg workouts. Never the same workout.
Using the old muscle confusion mantra.
Sleep, magnesium, creatine, testosterone, B-12, breathwork & tapping are the standards. Keep.moving....
