- 35 year shingles over a doubled-up roof deck
- all new T1-11 siding with fresh under and over paint
- solid PVC trim boards: fascia, rake and corner trim.

yes she is a tad wrinkled because the left half was built in 1998 and and the right half was 1974.
Many thanks to John Latell to help me hammer down the roof

It may not look like much and she is subject to flood. ( 9' below FEMA) Total save on this one. After 37 years and as a continuing home to over 60 Flying Scots: Flying Scot Fleet 42
