The biggest luxuries arrive in the smallest of moments.

Ive had so many images of what a Lush CEO should be.

And then found myself following the feelings I wanted to experience the most: peace in my mind. Pleasure in my body. Presence with the people I love around me.

And this is what the vision board actually looks like in the small moments.

Money gives you choice. Your nervous system allows you to receive those choices fully.

Lush isn’t about what it looks like on the outside. It’s about how it feels on the inside.

And every season of business and life will deliver a different version of lush.

But receiving the small moments — that’s the magic that creates the landscape of every other thing inside your life— whether you’re celebrating your six figure launch in Paris, or snuggling your kids at home.

There’s something hiring a team and adding automations can’t solve for women who are scaling their business…

And it’s what they are carrying internally because it feels risky to fully allow support in and trust that another person can hold them.

I’ve worked with women who have a lot of space in their calendar…but peace and presence hasn’t landed not because they don’t have the conditions for it externally- but because their nervous system is scanning for others to drop the ball or worried that they’ll disappoint someone (like their clients) if they aren’t the ones taking care of everything.

This was true for me. And it’s been true for so many of my clients.

People and systems can’t create the feeling you’re looking for. It starts with you being able to put down what you feel like only you can carry (and allow yourself to be held).

I’m seeing so many leaders in the messy middle right now… including myself.

And there’s something incredibly exciting about this space that we often overlook because let’s face it— when you’re in it— you just want to feel rooted, certain and in “I figured it out” mode.

But the truth is— this is the exciting time that your capacity to receive actually gets built. And you are choosing everyday who that person gets to be.

I focus on 4 core areas and rinse and repeat everyday because it’s what creates the roots I’m craving (because it becomes a devotional practice to myself and my bigger why), while reinforcing what a past version of me would not stretch herself into.

You develop a rhythm with it that becomes its own prayer and anchoring into yourself.

Once you’re through the “healing” stage— your nervous system is asking for a different kind of flex to develop capacity to receive as the Lush CEO.

What your nervous system considers to be “safe” right now is not what’s going to allow you to grow your business AND maintain presence with yourself and the people you love the most in your life.

Your nervous system is still coupling stress with your money and business and it’s often avoiding the really necessary and uncomfortable “work” in your body to develop capacity to receive money and to work inside your business in a way that doesn’t extract from you.

This isn’t going to feel safe to your body at first. Your body will most likely send you signals that you’re going to interpret as a “no” and as “danger”— but it keeps you in avoidance, floating and disconnected from the things that can actually fuel your capacity in really beautiful and necessary ways.

When you transition out of “healing your nervous system”— this is the work that makes the biggest difference to support you in scaling from your peace and enables you to have the presence you desire while more and more money flows in.

I’m back at it 🎤

Cause obviously my body needs me to lean back into this after showing me I reached a capacity limit— and now after letting myself integrate it (and having 2 weeks of personal life things that needed to life) — I’m back leaning into the sprint and my commitment to see what else my body has in store for me 😅😜.

The only time I buy a particular strategic approach is when I already know it’s something that I want to implement— not because it’s going to get me to the level of money that I want.

I know my body is already in resonance with it— and I know how to adjust it (or the coach actually coaches you on how to apply it individually to who you are).

One of the reasons why women come to work with me if because they’ve often scaled their business based off of what someone has coached them into— because it worked for them. And the process ends up disconnecting them from their own inner authority.

They might even get to the revenue goal— but they feel exhausted, unhappy — wondering why they don’t feel the excitement they thought they would when they got “there”.

The more you outsource your pathway, the less you’re going to feel replenished by what you create and how you scale.

I’ve made a lot of mistakes (that line 3 life ✌🏼😅) but this is the one that impacted my profits the most.

It’s easy to think that getting to the next milestone in your business is going to create the conditions for more profit to stick around… but after having years where I made less revenue but held more profit, and years where I made more revenue and had less profit… it’s not about the amount of money that’s coming in.
