A 4-Week Small-Group Movement Series
Open to the public to experience this experience.

45-minute session combines:

✨ Balance and fall-prevention skills
✨ Coordination and reaction drills
✨ Memory challenges
✨ Vision exercises
✨ Functional strength
✨ A fun total-body workout

You’ll build on your skills each week while exercising both your body and your brain. With only eight participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance in a comfortable, encouraging setting.

Your four-week series includes:

✅ Four specialized 45-minute sessions
✅ Beginning and final progress checks
✅ Simple exercises to practice at home
✅ Individual modifications and support
✅ A small group where you won’t get lost in the crowd
