Fish Chappy is a shore fishing guide service located on Chappaquiddick Island, commonly known as Chappy. Most of its beaches are accessible by 4-wheel drive. The great thing about Chappy is the variety of fishing spots – big Atlantic surf on the South side, the rips at Wasque Point, inlet fishing at the Gut, the cusps and bowls of East beach, and two large saltwater ponds. Starting in May, we target striped bass and bluefish. In the fall, false albacore and atlantic bonito join the action.

My wife Catherine and I brought our two young boys ages eight and 10 to the Vineyard this week — our first time here. It was the culmination of a multi-week striper migration tour family vacation that started in Virginia early June.
