C&D Aktiv promotes an active lifestyle for the young to the not so young, for the fit and not so fit. We feature BungyPump Poles, though we support Nordic Walking regardless of the poles used. There are 80 million people that Nordic Walk in Europe, but it's relatively unknown in the US. Walking, jogging, running and biking only exercises the lower half of the body.
