Learning the Hard Way Through Injury
Note from Kim: When I was injured this past summer and unable to teach classes, workout, or play pickleball for six weeks, I learned the true meaning and value of stretching - through pain. The discomfort was constant, day and night and the only real relief came from stretching. I would wake up in the middle of the night, get out of bed and stretch - over and over - just to find some peace. In that season, my 3x3FIT Rings weren't just a tool; they were a lifeline.
What I learned during that time changed the way I teach. I now intentionally weave more stretching into my 3X3FIT classes ("ARORA PILATES"), and into everything I create for you - my loyal 3X3FIT community. Some might say I'm a slow learner, but this lesson came through injury and it truly stuck. Because of that, I'm committed to continuing to share and create new stretch-focused workouts to support your body, just as stretching supported mine.
