Iron Maltese Athletics is a Tactical based fitness company centered around functional group, one on one and couple classes using Fire, Military, Police, and EMS training regiments to help professionals become more effective providers of their service. I am also dedicated to coaching the average person who’s goals are to improve strength, endurance, athletic performance and body composition. Iron M

As a firefighter myself I know the importance of being well conditioned and prepared for life in the firehouse and life outside of work. Iron Maltese Athletics uses the discipline of a paramilitary organization and implements that in its athletic training. When you work with Iron Maltese Athletics you know you are in the right hands. You may not be a firefighter, a police officer, a solider, or an EMS provider but that doesn't mean you cant train like your life depends on it.

I want to send a shoutout to everyone that helped me get as far as I did in the Mr Health and Fitness competition. Your love was felt and I appreciate your efforts. Although we didn’t accomplish our goal I am still putting every ounce of energy into moving the mission of Iron Maltese Athletics forward. Have no doubt that although this would have a been a huge win, it’s not a loss. Thanks everyone!
