To this amazing group of humans…thank you for joining me for tonight’s fitness pop-up through EPCC! Granted the speaker died halfway through class, but y’all kept going, even if we were listening to the playlist off my little phone…

…everyone dancing, singing, chatting, and laughing through the last 30 minutes was the absolute highlight of my week. My face hurts from smiling and my stomach hurts from laughing. Thank you for being such rays of sunshine!

…I will now be turning off the music halfway through class because that was flipping amazing! ❤️❤️❤️
