Making yourself look like a good shooter is a habit all hoopers can work on.

It is not about making every shot, it is about getting your shot off with balance and control.

Spacing the floor. Making decisive cuts. Screening away from the ball. These are the details that separate players and are all things you can control when you step on the court.

At Hoop Habits, our trainers know firsthand which habits matter and how to teach them.

Join us for our Tryout Readiness Clinic this Saturday, August 29 from 9–11 AM to prepare for the upcoming season. The session will also feature a sports mindset training conversation with sports mindset coach Rachel Olson.

We are honored by the amount of athletes that participated in tryouts this weekend and expressed interest in being a part of the Hoop Habits Elite family. These boys had the gym going crazy all day!

There was a lot of talent in the gym but more importantly, each and every kid competed to the fullest. Hoop Habits is grateful to be a part of the Minnesota basketball community and are more excited than ever for the future 📈
