Evenings: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday | 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Looking to elevate your game? We are looking for a few more HS girls to complete our roster. We are signed up for the Collegiate Sports World Series in Portland at the end of July. All spots are earned!!!
Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm.

Facility Update:
•We’re Back ! 🏟️
We are excited to announce that we are officially open for one-on-one training sessions! We know you’ve been itching to get back to work, and we’re ready to pick up where we left off.
•A Work in Progress 🛠️
While we are open for training, please keep in mind that we are still hard at work on the facility. There is still a lot to be done to get everything exactly where we want it, and we appreciate your patience as we navigate this "under construction" phase.
• Important Note for Parents 🪑
Our parent seating section is not quite ready yet. Because space is limited while we finish up renovations, we encourage parents to either:
• Drop off your athlete for their session.
• Stay in your vehicle or run a quick errand during the training block.
