Meet Helen Phillips. She was sent to us by her doctor for help with some health conditions. She started today with a private class. Although this is not required,she felt, as some others do, that she would feel more comfortable starting group classes after at least one private class. This lady is particularly special to us! Meet our newest client,Kathi Duke, Age 75. Today at 4:30 P.M. , Kathi began her yoga journey with a private class. It was her first class ever. She chose to do an 8 class beginner series before joining group classes because she felt that was right for her. Kathi is a precious person and we are thrilled to have her in our community. These two clients are both in their Seventies!! I snapped these pics in Balance class this morning. (With permission of course)They are both proud of their age and their practice! Yoga works great for longevity and for aging strong! We don’t just want to live long…we work to live well!
Paul, age 74, says “I couldn’t do this six months ago when I started coming here”. He was referred by his doctor.
Wanda age 76, has practiced for years. She says she has aged well and gives the credit to yoga. We are honored to have them both in our YogaTribe and to guide their yoga journey!
