Our first Strength Class for kids ages 9-12 was a success! 💪🏼
Our athletes learned the fundamentals of the back squat, focusing on proper technique, body awareness, and building confidence under the bar. We wrapped up the session with some heavy farmer’s carries, challenging their grip, posture, and mental toughness.
Strength training isn’t just about getting stronger—it’s about developing discipline, movement skills, confidence, and healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
We can’t wait to see these athletes continue to grow stronger each week! 👏🏼🔥
