We offer various forms of striking to give our students options. Jiu-Jitsu emphasize smaller, weaker people being able to defeat larger attackers through distance management, economy of time, motion and energy, leverage, and more. We offer a standardized rotating curriculum where students can track their progress online or through the student handbook and lesson plans so they can get the most out of their journey and learn the fastest. Our coaches are also certified personal trainers and so can help you with all of your fitness goals.
