Yesterday marked the first day of Summer Strength & Conditioning for both our high school and middle school athletes!
💪🏽🏈🏀⚾🏐🥎🎾⚽️🏸🏒⛳️🤼🏃

The Booster Club is incredibly grateful for the support from our community that helped make this state-of-the-art weight room a reality for North High athletes and the ability of the booster club to help fund it.

The weight room is open all summer to both high school and middle school athletes, providing an opportunity to build strength, confidence, and prepare for their upcoming seasons.

Check out the summer schedule below and see when our athletes are putting in the work and getting stronger this summer!

6:30-8:00am - Males grades 10-12
7:30-9:00am - Females grades 10-12
8:30-10:00am - All Freshmen
9:30-11:00am - General High School Session
10:30-11:30am - Middle School
(Mondays and Wednesdays ONLY)
