A few fun facts about Miss Angelina:
🖤 Around the studio: Most dancers call her Ang or Coach!
💃 Dance experience: 25+ years
💎 Years at DSD: Since 2015!
🧂 Sweet or salty: SALTY! She’s not a huge candy or fruit girl.
✌Her role at DSD: Competitive Director

Angelina has been a part of DSD for over a decade and leads our competitive program as our Competitive Director.

What she loves most is helping dancers grow not only as performers and technicians, but as confident, authentic people.

She wants every dancer to stay rooted in WHY they dance. To dance from the heart and from real human experience, rather than letting scores, placements, expectations or competition define their journey.

She challenges our dancers to work hard, push themselves and continue growing, while also finding their own voice and staying true to who they are.
Because at the end of the day, the goal is so much bigger than becoming a great dancer. ❤️

It’s helping kids become strong, confident humans who know who they are, believe in themselves and never feel like they have to compromise who they are to be successful.

MEET THE DSD TEAM: MISS ERIN
School Director - Celebrating her 16th Season at DSD!

A few fun facts about Miss Erin:
🖤 Years at DSD: 16 seasons!
💃 Years teaching dance: 25 years
🧦 Instantly makes her happy: A cozy pair of socks + being in nature (she couldn’t pick just one!)
😂 If her dancers did an impression of her: Searching the room for where she set down her phone so she can start the music again. Her dancers know the look and immediately start pointing out where it is! 😂
🐒 Her littles know: “NO MONKEYS!” + the arms making a giant X 🙂
😂Most-used emojis: Crying/laughing face + heart
🐶 Outside of DSD: She loves spending time with her kids and her dogs!

Miss Erin is starting her 16th season at DSD and has been teaching dance for 25 years! As our School Director, she does a little bit of EVERYTHING around here. You’ll see her teaching classes, organizing events and performances, working behind the scenes and helping keep DSD running every day.

But what she loves most is using dance to make a positive impact in the lives of her students. ❤️

Miss Erin has poured so much love, time and heart into DSD and into SO many dancers over the years. From our tiniest dancers taking their first classes to our competitive dancers growing up in the studio, she truly cares about the kids she teaches and the people they are becoming.

We are so lucky to have Miss Erin leading, teaching, loving on our dancers and keeping all of us organized... even if we occasionally have to help her find her phone. 😂

MEET OUR 2026-27 SENIOR HIGH PERFORMANCE COMPANY!
Our Senior HPC dancers train three days a week in Jazz Skills & Progressions, Tap, Hip-Hop, Bands & Flexibility, Acro, Ballet Technique, Lyrical, Jazz, Contemporary and Combo Choreography.

This elite travel team takes the stage at 2 conventions + 2 regional competitions before heading to Nationals each summer. And this season… ORLANDO, FLORIDA! ☀️

These dancers are role models within our studio. They work hard, lead by example and inspire the dancers around them. We are so proud of their dedication and can’t wait to see everything they accomplish this season!

Founder + Owner - Celebrating her 27th Season at DSD!

A few fun facts about Miss Alicia:
🖤 Years at DSD: 27 seasons and counting!
🩰 Favorite dance styles: Lyrical + Ballet
✨ Favorite style to teach: Lyrical
💃 Started dancing at: 9 years old

💎 Favorite thing about DSD: The people. Always. ❤

Miss Alicia has had the privilege of watching thousands of kids grow up through the doors of Diamond School of Dance and after all these years, her favorite part is still the same: the people :).

She loves the tiny toddlers walking into their very first dance class and seeing the giggles and sparkle in their eyes. She loves the first time a dancer steps on stage, the big goals they work toward, the hard days they push through, the confidence they build and the people they become along the way.

Because dance teaches so much more than dance.

It teaches kids to work hard. To be courageous. To be patient. To believe in themselves. To be good teammates and kind humans. To get back up when something is hard. To dream BIG and discover that they are capable of so much more than they ever realized.

After 27 seasons, she still absolutely loves dance, but even more than that, she loves what dance can do in the life of a child.

And the message she hopes every DSD dancer carries with them:
Love your life and embrace it fully. Don’t hold back. Chase your dreams and work hard for them. Be patient. Be kind to yourself and to others. You are more capable than you know. You CAN do hard things. There is so much potential inside of you. Believe in it. Believe in yourself.

You CAN do it. LET’S GO! 🖤
