185 kg Squat Double. Moved really well. So well I went back to check the speed on my highly accurate and scientific phone app which had this lift at .6 m/s. Not bad.

My warm up for a squat day. 4 Exercises. 3 Sets of 25 reps. Only takes about 10 minutes. Gets the body hot and blood moving. Helps Maintain Fitness and build up weak points
