Your voice matters! Please join us on Tuesday, October 13 from 5-6:30 pm to talk about what Eau Claire needs for 4-year-olds and their families.
The event will take place at Family Resource Center Eau Claire at Oakwood Mall, 4800 Golf Road #450 in Eau Claire, in collaboration with the Wisconsin Family Resource Center Network and the Institute for Research on Poverty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Food will be provided!
We welcome parents and caregivers, early childhood service providers (for example, from child care, 4K, Head Start, early intervention), as well as business owners and community members working with families on early care and education issues.
We’ll discuss:
What works and what is hard for families around programs for four-year-olds
How you find information about early care and education
What state and local policymakers can do to help make programs for four-year-olds work in Eau Claire
We look forward to hearing your perspective! Please register today (and share the attached invite with colleagues and families—we hope for a big turnout and great discussion!):
